- Inside Dhaka: Expect delivery within 2 working days after order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: Orders reach you within 7 working days, depending on location.
- Please note: Delivery times may shift due to weather, strikes, or courier delays, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges We want you to love what you ordered. If something’s not quite right:
- You may return or exchange your item within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- If the product is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
