Availability: Some products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

4. Delivery & Shipping
Shipping risks pass to the customer once the item is handed over to our third-party courier partners (e.g., Pathao, RedX, or Steadfast). While we assist in tracking, Bornita is not liable for delays caused by courier logistics or political strikes (Hartals).

Bornita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased by you will meet your expectations beyond what is stated in our descriptions.
